The letter accompanied Farrell’s West Ridge Trails OCP submission.
Farrell stated that the proposal had been under discussion with Planning staff and Council since late 2017.
It objected to the draft OCP changing the site from Community Residential to Rural Residential, saying this sharply reduced the site’s residential development potential.
Farrell asked that the Community Residential designation be retained and requested an opportunity to meet with staff, Mayor and Council, the OCP Review Committee and the District’s OCP consultants.
